1. Orders
• When you place an order, it's an offer to purchase the items you've selected.
• We will confirm receipt of your order by email, but this doesn't mean your order is accepted.
• We will notify you by email or phone if we accept your order.
• If we cannot accept your order (e.g., due to unavailable items), we will notify you by email or phone.
• Double-check the sizes and designs of your order before submitting it, as we cannot exchange incorrectly ordered items.
• We reserve the right to withdraw from a contract due to errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods or order.
• We reserve the right to change prices, colors, designs, and specifications at any time.
• You have the right to cancel your order under the statutory cancellation rights.
2. Pricing

• We will provide a more accurate delivery estimate when you place your order.
• Delivery delays may occur if cleared payment is not received.
5. Delivery
• Delivery dates are estimates. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times within a 24-hour period.
• You can collect your order from our workshop at [your workshop address]. Please arrange collection when placing your order.
• Alternatively, we offer nationwide delivery via courier or our own vehicle, excluding Hawaii.
• Accurate postal codes are required for courier deliveries. Deliveries to remote locations may not be possible.
• Upon delivery by courier, carefully check and sign for the goods. We cannot be liable for damages or shortages if the goods are signed for as received in full and good condition.
6. Returns
• You can return bare wood poles, white poles or stained poles, unused, in their original condition and packaging within 14 days from the dispatch date.
• You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.
• We will refund or exchange the cost of the goods but not the delivery charges.
• We may charge a reasonable fee to cover the cost of replacing damaged or lost items returned to us.
• We are not responsible for items damaged or lost while being returned.
• This return policy does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Liability
• We strive to ensure the information on our website is accurate but cannot guarantee it is error-free.
• We are not liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information on our website.
• We reserve the right to change information, specifications, and descriptions of products at any time.
• We do not warrant that our website is free from viruses or malware.
